1. General Cancellation Guidelines

  • Cancellation requests must be initiated before the order or service enters the dispatch or preparation stage.
  • Once the order is in transit or preparation has commenced, cancellations are not permitted.
  • Parzel reserves the right to cancel an order under exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to service unavailability, safety concerns, or non-compliance with our terms.

2. Food Delivery Services

2.1 Eligibility for Cancellation:

  • Orders can be canceled within the first 2 minutes of placement.
  • After this window, cancellations are not allowed as the preparation process begins immediately.

2.2 Cancellation Charges:

  • No charges apply for cancellations within the 2-minute window.
  • If an order is canceled after preparation begins, partial or full charges may apply based on the vendor’s policy.

3. Grocery Delivery Services

3.1 Eligibility for Cancellation:

  • Orders can be canceled up until the dispatch notification is issued.
  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellations are not permitted.

3.2 Cancellation Charges:

  • No charges for cancellations before dispatch.
  • A nominal fee may apply for specific perishable items sourced upon request.

4. E-Commerce Services

4.1 Eligibility for Cancellation:

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment.
  • Custom or personalized items are non-cancelable once the preparation begins.

4.2 Cancellation Charges:

  • Cancellation charges may apply based on the vendor’s terms and conditions. Users are advised to review the policy at the time of purchase.

5. Pharmacy Services

5.1 Eligibility for Cancellation:

  • Orders for over-the-counter medicines and health products can be canceled before dispatch.
  • Prescription medicines are non-cancelable once the order is confirmed.

5.2 Cancellation Charges:

  • No charges apply for cancellations before dispatch unless the order involves specialty medicines that require special handling.

6. Parcel Delivery Services

6.1 Eligibility for Cancellation:

  • Cancellation requests must be made before the pickup is scheduled.
  • Once a pickup is completed and the parcel is in transit, cancellations are not allowed.

6.2 Cancellation Charges:

  • A cancellation fee may apply if the request is made after the pickup is assigned but before it is completed.

7. Taxes and Fees

  • Taxes and service fees are non-refundable unless the entire order is eligible for a refund under exceptional circumstances.

8. How to Request a Cancellation

  • Open the Parzel app or website and navigate to your order history.
  • Select the order you wish to cancel and choose the “Cancel Order” option.
  • If cancellation is no longer available via the app, contact our customer support team immediately.

9. Final Cancellation Decision

  • Parzel reserves the right to make the final decision on all cancellation requests.
  • Policies may be updated periodically, and users will be notified of significant changes.
